Our Story
Versus is the evolution of two legendary names in the PrestaShop ecosystem: PrestaModule and BusinessTech.
It all started in 2008, when Stephan founded PrestaModule — the very first independent agency dedicated to PrestaShop module development. Driven by a deep passion for e-commerce innovation, he quickly established PrestaModule as the #1 agency in the PrestaShop marketplace ranking.
In 2012, Vincent joined Stephan at PrestaModule, bringing his engineering mastery and passion for clean, scalable code. Together, they accelerated development and expanded the module catalog, solidifying PrestaModule's dominance on the marketplace.
In 2017, Stephan and Vincent acquired BusinessTech together — an agency renowned for its e-business intelligence, data-driven tools, and multiple PrestaShop Awards. This acquisition brought high-performance analytics and advertising modules under the same roof.
The merger of both agencies into Versus was a natural evolution. With Stephan as CEO and Vincent as CTO, Versus unites strategic leadership with deep technical expertise. Combined, PrestaModule and BusinessTech hold the #1 Seller position on the PrestaShop Addons marketplace — a testament to over 15 years of consistent quality and trust. Vincent

Architecture, code quality, and innovation. Vincent joined PrestaModule in 2012 and co-acquired BusinessTech in 2017. He leads all technical development and ensures every module meets the highest standards.
